Each apartment can accommodate 4 adults; Comfortable zip-lock divan beds provide a queen size double or two single beds in each bedroom. The lounge has two 3 seater sofas, one being a sofa bed which can accommodate two additional persons. Cots/foldaway beds available (charges may apply).

We provide all bed linen and towels. Our linen is 100% Egyptian cotton and our towels are Christie towels. Prices are inclusive of bed linen, towels, electricity and heating. Charges may apply for longer lets.

Our fully fitted kitchens are equipped with all the utensils you could possibly need.

Our Apartment’s features include:

  • Thermostatically controlled Electric radiators
  • TV / Freeview / DVD player
  • Stereo system: CD player / radio / cassette tape player
  • High chairs are also available

The accommodation is available Saturday to Saturday from 3pm on the day of your arrival, and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

For the enjoyment of our guests all accommodation is strictly no smoking and no pets are allowed.

Description

Our ground floor apartment shares access to a south facing enclosed lawned garden, screened with mature hedging giving a private, outdoor area for you to enjoy. In the summer you can watch for the horse drawn trams passing by.

It has two double bedrooms one with en suite shower room with a powerful shower and the other with ensuite bathroom with P-shaped bath.

This apartment has a very well  equipped fully fitted kitchen which is open plan and includes fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave. It also has a handy utility room with washer dryer and additional sink unit, as well as access to a backyard with washing line.

The groundfloor apartment has a large living room with feature mantelpiece, flat screen television, Sky TV and DVD player, and lovely views into the garden.

Ideal for both family holidays and corporate accommodation for between two to eight guests.

Location

Our luxury self catering holiday apartments are situated on Strathallan Crescent at the north of Douglas promenade, Isle of Man. The magnificent sweep of Douglas beach is on our door step and we enjoy panoramic views across the bay.

We are located in a quiet part of the promenade so no late night disco`s, and the apartments are set back well from the road, so there is no problem with traffic noise either.

Arriving by sea the apartments are a 5 minute drive along Douglas promenade or by air a 20 minute drive from Ronaldsway Airport. We are located only a 30 second walk from the Horse Tram and Manx Electric Railway Depot.
